Our manufacturing partners include RZB, CoeLux, CNC Lighting, RK Lite, PUK and Diamante. This delivers a huge and diverse product resource to call upon, and Ingenious manage and collate all the product information as well as designing/engineering the bespoke feature products if required. This can be a simple modification to a standard item or a major centrepiece that needs designing and manufacturing.
We have spent the last 35 years developing and manufacturing products for the best lighting designers, architects and their worldwide blue-chip projects.
We create sketches to develop the concepts, prototype, engineer and manufacture, assemble test and ship - not always as easy as putting it in a box - so we can supply and install, including all site assembly and commissioning, ensuring a smooth trouble-free installation.
What we do
We have craftspeople all over the world who we have worked with over many decades. We produce custom designed luminaires for interior, exterior and marine applications, architectural metalworks, Turkish and Iznik tiles and ceramics production, decorative glass works, large scale monolithic marble and stone works including staircases, columns, fountains, etc, traditional woodworks including Kundekari and marquetry techniques, silver smithing including hand sawn piercing, and chasing/shaping/soldering - skills that are sadly being lost to mass production methods.
We also partner with Reynolds Polymer to manufacture monolithic acrylic production including architectural pieces or pool construction. Fabrications are carried out in the US and Thailand. (See the ‘Sky Pool” London / The “Ice Bar” Bucharest).

Custom ICE Acrylic by Reynolds Polymer, produced in Colorado, shipped to Thailand for fabrication, frame, stream, glass floor, fibreoptics and all integrated lighting manufactured in UK. All parts shipped to Bucharest for assembly and installation.
Aman Spa at The Connaught Hotel
Ingenious were delighted to be asked to re-design the gym in the Aman Spa at The Connaught Hotel, Mayfair London.
A total strip-out was required to install all new systems and ceilings including 8 state-of-the-art virtual A7 skylights, new indirect LED cornice and YODA plaster in LED downlights, all controlled from a Casambi WIFI scene set system.
The transformation is astonishing and spa clients can’t believe that the skylights aren’t real. The fit-out and control of the scenes allows true multi usage of the gym including workout sessions, Vinyasa yoga and Ashtanga meditative yoga classes to be hosted.
Congratulations to the Spa Manager, Ms. Marion Kapellas and her team, as The Spa has been nominated for “The Best Spa 2023” in the “World Spa Awards”.
The Armano Hotel
Ingenious was thrilled to be specified by Nulty+ Lighting Design to supply all the LED downlights for The Armano Hotel, Covent Garden. The super compact YODA SNOOT was chosen as it delivers amazing flexibility – 6, 10 or 15W, with outputs from 414>844 lumens, 5 beam angles ANY CCT, CRI95, trimmed or plaster-in bezels, various accessories and all in a diameter 68mm package!
Heydar Aliyev
The architect Zaha Hadid collaborated with CreArt to create the complex 3 dimensional trimless LED systems for the Heydar Aliyev Center, a design classic!

Originally developed to replace very poor quality and efficacy ES/BC base LED lamps. Working with an international hotel group they were having big issues with poor quality LED lamps failing in their hotels and costing tens of thousands every year on replacement lamps and labour – typically not lasting more than 3>5000 hrs each and ecologically a disaster as they are not recyclable.
The V2 was developed to solve these issues produced in both 240VAC DOB (integrated driver), fully TRIAC dimmable and 12V constant current versions, ALL CRI90/Dimmable/50,000 hours/the latest Nichia LEDS, a NO compromise innovative solution for future proof projects.
V2 engine – can be used to create a vast range of stand-alone products!
Here used to create a very compact and economical 240VAC surface spot with lenses and surface wiring box.
New V2-IP66 in development for Saudi Arabia project.
In test stage will be available as 240VAC & LV versions with or without collimating optics and with any glass shade option. Can be suspended/wall mounted/catenary wire mounted etc.

2023 sees the opening of Ingenious Dubai office, in collaboration with RKLITE & CNC lighting.
This delivers boots on the ground! Design/supply/logistics and project support for our UAE customers and projects.
RKLITE & CNC were established in India in 1961 when they set up their own factory located at Mumbai.
Through stringent quality control, and with their own inhouse design studio, these products became widely acclaimed for their unparalleled design aesthetics and their fail-safe durability.
In 1971, the company started exporting its products. From then onward, growth at the Rajkamal Trading Corporation took place at an even faster rate. Today, these products have pride of place at leading institutions and establishments all over Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
